Hotel needs remodeling and new AC units. The rooms are so empty and do not have anything inside besides a bed.

El trato del personal me pareciò muy bueno. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que busque a la persona que registra para el restaurante Arrecife, cuando lo encontre ya no habia lugar. Un pequeño letrero en su escritorio bastaria para informar.

Todo bien solo al principio nos asignaron unas habitaciones que tenían un olor feo solicitamos el cambio y sin problemas lo hicieron, en general al Hotel le falta mantenimiento pero sus comidas son muy ricas

Beach and pool area were pleasant. The sport areas and game room need some TLC. My son and I enjoy billiards but the tables were in poor shape. The rooms were tolerable, as expected, but we had no hot water. It was serviced but the hot water didn’t last. The pictures on the web site do not represent the present so be prepared. Overall I did enjoy my stay. I liked the view. Food was good. They were under construction so it shows they are concerned about appearance. This place has potential, it’s quiet, private, and friendly.

Nice, quiet place, but building is old needs upgrade. (Bathroom door not locking, shower liking, and sink clogged)

Very nice position and beach. The hotel is in dire need of upgrading though. Food was good, especially in the night restaurant.

Su personal muy atentos, gerente poco empatico no hay Internet y no hay agua caliente, las fotos de las habitaciones no concuerdan con la realidad

Hotel viejo y le falta mucho mantenimiento, el cuarto con problemas por todos lados, el AC no enfriaba, el baño sin agua caliente, apenas cabes en el WC. No hay WiFi NI señal celular
