Hotel con demasiadas reglas, el baño sucio, solo me dieron 2 toallas y no mas, comida muy mala

First let me start with check in. The process is something you expected 20yrs ago, all done manually, nothing is computerized all hand written which makes the process that much longer

Lang i fra noe 4-stjerners hotell. Fantastisk beliggenhet med nydelig strand og fint bassengområde, men virkelig slitent og dårlig standard. Rommet var ganske skittent, og det fantes ikke stikk-kontakter, hårføner eller minibar. Dårlig aircondition, og wifien er ikke noe særlig og dessuten kun tilgjengelig i resepsjonen. God mat i buffeen og fri flyt av gratis drikke var flott, men styr unna de andre restaurantene - de var elendige. Hyggelig betjening, men veldig få snakket engelsk. Alt i alt et OK hotell, men med langt, langt lavere standard enn forventet.

Muy mala atencion en la recepción el hotel no le da importancia a los turistas individuales hay mucha gente en grupos y la verdad no respetan nada va mucha gente que no tiene educación el hotel deberia ser mas estricto con esa gente poner reglas claras y que se cumplan hay niños con pañales en las albercas mucho niño y joven fumando en las albercas las alvercas muy sucias los camastros muy sucios en la playa por la misma gente que va en grupos no cuidan nada son gente sucia el hotel no deberia permitir ese tipo de gente para ser un hotel que esta en una zona privada deja mucho que desear lo que busca uno es tranquilidad y poder disfrutar de las instalaciones pero por la gente corriente no se puede termine estresado la comida muy mala las bebidas igual de malas los servicios del hotel deberian incluir caja de seguridad no importa lo caro que este un lugar importa la atencion si supieran tratar alos que podemos pagar mas tendrian mejores clientes y por ende mejor sus instalaciones y a sus empleados menos estresados trabajando de igual manera de una forma diferente dando mejor servicios

La playa esta excelente! El hotel ok, el trato con el personal del hotel es variable algunos te tratan bien y otros no! La comida PESIMA!!! Tienes q hacer reservaciones de 24 hrs para los 3 restaurantes del hotel y no te pierdes de nada muy mala la comida, te piden vestir pantalón para poder entrar a un restaurante y su criterio es muy bajo siendo q llegan autobuses con bastante gente y parece un balneario popular a un buen hotel!

the location is great nevertheless this does not have anything to do with the hotel which have No Air Conditioner at all !!! . Plenty of space in the restaurant and we had a reservation and did not honored it with a very bad manner ; would say like discrimination.

There are so many things wrong with this place. The hotel is so outdated. The AC didn’t work so it was even hotter inside the room than it was outside. The bathroom was corroded. The telephone didn’t work. The toilet didn’t flush. I tried calling to make a complaint about the toilet but the phone didn’t work so yeah. Came on a family trip. My grandparents came along and needed an easily accessible room. The front desk decided to put them on the 4th floor(highest one). After about 30 minutes of arguing they finally changed it. The food was on the good side, except they usually didn’t have open times for their restaurants where you are required to do by reservation only. Didn’t really drink much, but the drinks my wife and I had were actually good. I don’t recommend this place at all. It is hard to explain how bad this place is. I have gone to many all inclusive resorts and this is by far the worst one. Not worth it no matter what good deal you get!

We received an excellent service all personnel polite and friendly, hotel and beaches clean we enjoyed our stay to the maximum good food and great shows.
