"The beach boost it to a three star"

The rooms are clean and comfortable. To be honest it was quite pleasant until 400 3 Day tours arrived. Overall we enjoyed it but unfortunately the facilities got swamped with the new arrivals, very clean washrooms became filthy. And long lineups for everything including difficulty finding a table in the buffet. The staff was very accommodating and did their best communicate even though only a few spoke English. If you like long walks on the beach this is your place the beach was beautiful.

"Excelente lugar para vacaciones"

Un hotel excelente, sólo la comida no me gustó. Por ejemplo la sopa de mariscos, nada más tenía camarones chicos con cáscara y cabezas y no estaba sabrosa. A los otros alimentos les faltaba sazón.

"Mala calidad de la comida"

Siendo un hotel "All inclusive", la calidad de los alimentos me dejó totalmente decepcionada. Mi esperanza era el restaurante de especialidades (fuimos al Arrecife) y excepto el brisque de langosta que estaba delicioso, el atún era de enlatado y el corte de carne no sólo no quedó en el termino medio solicitado, sino que estaba muy reseco y difícil de masticar. Las instalaciones están medianamente conservadas, hay áreas muy sucias por popo de pájaros, el aseo en la habitación tuvo lo mínimo indispensable. El lugar tiene una ubicación, por vistas y playa encantador, creo que deberían aprovecharlo mejor.

The property has a lot of potential location is great, secluded, nice surroundings unfortunately this is an old building everything looks and smells old it seems like no money is injected back to the property. If you are looking for relax time this is not the placed they do a lot of activities for kids and families music, games and dancing all day long. We were there for a wedding which was amazing (really nice set up) but if you have no kids I'll recommend trying a different place.
