Boardwalk Resorts - Flagship

Check in was quick, the staff was friendly, and Naeveah the front desk attendant was amazing, she assisted me the day before the stay thru the phone and was super helpful and answered all my questions. At check in she was who assisted as well and gave us even better customer assistance!!! the pool on the 7th floor was great and the hot tubs even better. Property was clean, rooms were spacious and an amazing view.

I loved everything. there is nothing to complaint about or to leave a bad review. we enjoyed the pool on the 7th floor and the 24/7 gym and arcade room.

The One Bedroom Suite is very big. We love the view from the balcony and having a kitchen is huge.

The room decor and carpets are very dated. The carpet is in fair condition and should be replaced. There were huge holes in one of the doors, as if someone bashed it in. There was a loud creaking sound from the balcony, seemed like the railing may have been slightly loose and was squeaking with the wind. The staff, with the exception of one very enthusiastic employee, was not very welcoming. They definitely need to work on their greetings.
