The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the restaurant had good ambiance

Well the rooms need to be updated. Especially the beds. Our refrigerator was leaking. There was no extra pillows or blankets. I booked a suite for four people but the room was only prepared for two like towels and etc. And the elevators were horrible

Hotel itself was in a good location, elevators were horrible. Make sure to park on the floor your room is on or get as close as possible or you will wait at least 30 minutes for the elevator.

The room smelled old, and the AC smelled burnt. They want you to keep it on 75 but it doesn’t kick on at 75.

As an owner at this resort, I was shocked by the treatment I received. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was told at the front desk—after a three-hour drive—that there was no record of my booking or ownership. The staff member was unprofessional and insisted that I book through a third-party website to stay overnight. Furthermore, the timeshare presentation is misleading. While only renovated areas were shown during the sales process, I was placed in an outdated, non-renovated room. Consequently, I was forced to pay additional resort fees and parking costs that should not apply to owners.

Honestly everything was great and the staff was awesome. The only complaint was the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see anything in the pool. Once your kid went under, you could see them.

Front desk curt and surly, room had two broken TVs, no ocean view, steam from shower set off the smoke alarm, nothing much to see or do in the immediate area, cheap click tile flooring, this place has seen better days. This was a non-smoking hotel and we definitely smelled strong marijuana smell. Could not get any response from the manager who did not send securty.
