I love the ocean view from my room, the swimming pool, the hot tub

The toilet sit too low in the beds are low as well. I think you need to invest in some higher toilets cause you have a lot of seniors that visit your hotel and it’s hard to get up off the toilet, especially with nothing to hold onto in the bed comfortable but too low I felt like my feet were elevated and my head part was down low, so new beds and new toiletsI

Location

The building is extremely outdated and needs upgrades. Carpets are old and worn. The paint needs replacing, window curtains are old and dusty. Elevator system is terrible.
