Hotel Villas Paraíso

Held an event here a few days ago. Great response from the owner and staff to help and serve us. The restaurant/bar area tidy and clean. There was also an in Mexico Gastronomy Challenge event here at the same time. Pool was full most of the time. It appeared the rooms were also full. This is the location we've selected to be the Host Hotel for performers for our 3rd Blues & Rock Explosion Event in Ixtapa in mid January, as well as hosting our Film Festival and Live Music shows at the same time. Family operated Hotel/Bar and very supportive of our fundraising work in the community. A hidden gem in Ixtapa, we feel.

We stayed for three days, the service was very good, the hotel is well located, very close of the beach (Playa el Palmar) and other places, you can go by walking. The pool is nice and the food was very tasty. We were happy here. Good balance between price and quality.

Owners-the Gomez family, provided us with great support-meals, rooms, pool parties-big pool, for our Tequila Blues Explosion Events & Fests participants in January 2019. Friendly helpful staff. Have a community focus we love. We're planning to be back for our 1st annual Rockin' SummerFest Weekend on July 26 & 27, 2019 and for Tequila Blues Explosion III, second and third weekends of 2020.

Hotel muy viejo, el personal muy amable pero hace lo que puede te soluciona problemas que no son su culpa, la albetca bieb, el restaurant horrible, en definitiva no volveré

La ubicación es buena hace muchisima falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones.. las llaves del lavabo se safaban, la base del colchon estaba totalmente rota, los apagadores super sucios, el desayuno malo y caro

Fue un hotel de muy mala calidad, esta muy descuidado y sucio, sumado a la muy mala atención del personal no volvería. Me arrepentí de la elección, las fotos muestran un hotel muy diferente a la realidad.

My experience was overall good in this hotel. The pool is enormous and the hotel is surrounded by trees and tropics. It's also very close to a beach and right outside you can take a bus to Zihuatanejo. The only bad thing was that out room's bathroom was broken and the floor was constantly wet. I'd recommend this hotel for just sleeping and having breakfast. If you're a person that stays in the hotel it's not right for you since there's little things you can do.
