Hotel Villas Paraíso

Notre séjour s est bien déroulé.par contre, tout comme les commentaires sur le net. Nous pouvons confirmer que l hygiène de l emplacement ne semble pas être une priorité. Le ménage des chambres étaient médiocre. L installation à besoin de réparation. Ventilation et climatisation peu fonctionnelle.la nourriture bof. Air de circulation ont besoin de nettoyage. Sinon, l emplacement de l'hôtel est bon et le prix aussi. Je ne retournerais pas mais pour une seule fois C est juste ok.

Mal, el aire acondicionado no servia y los ventiladores hacen mucho ruido, no hay regadera, solo un tubo por donde sale el agua, la cortina de baño rota por lo que siempre estaba mojado el baño, los mosquiteros rotos, la televisión no servia, nunca la arreglaron ni la cambiaron, para nada vale lo que cobran.

Muy mal sucio el hotel me querían cobrar de mas mala actitud de la gente

el hotel esta bonito solo que muy descuidado, le falta mantenimiento, la ropa de cama y baño hauy que actualizarla, escuche que se quejaban por agua caliente, los jardines les falta orden, la cancha de tenis una pintadita en el comedor les falta mucuo en todo los aspectos no pretendo regresar a menos que me lo recomienden que ya mejoro.

no nos quedamos en cuanto entramos las istalaciones viejas el personal muy despota e incapasitado para recivir un grupo aparte la alberca toda sucia nos fuimos a zihuatanejo hoteles a mejor precio a pie de playa y muy buen trato les recomiendo nunca ir a este hotel

The place is nice and well situated , the staff are nice and the rooms are clean . Not the same around the pool , though , it takes a long time for them to clean what is left behind by other tenants ! Much is left to desire , like toasters , fridges , stove tops , fans and sometimes the AC...

Buen servicio, las instalaciones limpias y el personal muy amable

I have stayed at the Villas Paraiso a number of times and have never had a complaint to speak of. The hotel offers breakfast for a minimal fee with your room, rooms I have stayed in are always kept very clean and the staff are always accommodating. Don't know where some of these comments are coming from, but it doesn't rate this negativity. It is what it is, a quiet, reasonably priced hotel with a small restaurant a block from the ocean with many long time returnees and people who stay for months at a time. Honestly, some of you people sound like you expected all-inclusive luxuries. Know people who have been staying there for years and obviously have no problems. And honestly, if the A/C doesn't bump the temp down to 70, what are you doing in Mexico in the winter in the first place. Stop your whining. It's a nice place. Ricardo will do most anything you ask for to make your stay enjoyable.

lo rescatable del hotel es la alberca, ya que las habitaciones estan en muy mal estado, no funciona el aire acondicionado y las instalaciones son viejas, necesita reparaciones y mucho mantenimiento, en general es un hotel regular, la ubicacion es buena, el personal del hotel es amable, pero insisto necesita remodelacion y sobre todo mantenimiento.
