Best Western Plus Executive Suites

It was fine.

Property elements show some age and require repair or replacement e.g. shower head, entry door handle. The staff seemed to work well together and were patient and attentive to the guests.

We had a very nice stay for the 2 days we were there, was very happy that everything worked and had no problems like we have had with other places lately. Staff was very pleasant and helpful with questions we had. Surprisingly being next to the freeway we could not hear anything, but the air conditioner was on so it would have drowned out the noise, but would rather listen to the A/C.

I had the suite with a with a convertible sofa. It was not comfortable to sleep on. Mattress was not not a good buffer for the springs. Staff was great and it was a good breakfast.

Good sized rooms, great breakfast, common areas were clean, room was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Manager overheard my kids complain about something (really minor) and he went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Very happy with our stay.

Excellent place to stay

Its nice to stay here. Very friendly and attend lady at reception. Room was very nice. Good breakfast , she was very attend on this too. We had a great experience.

Place was very well kept clean and convenient. Did not receive the room we had booked initially when asked about it told they overbooked and it was that or nothing

Check in was easy, service was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a great spot for traveling on the I-25.

The staff was friendly but not very helpful. The pool was closed - IN THE SUMMER - for maintenance. There were drug deals happening in the street right outside the property. My "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke. Nothing in the hotel has been updated in the last 30 years. Disappointing
