This hotel was great and Barbara was very helpful. Wish I could say the same for hotels.com

They never had clean towels at the deont desk

The suite was a great size. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa. The breakfast was cooked on site, not put into microwave to warm up. I was pleasantly surprised.

$400 per night for a room with worn out carpet

Place needs lots of maintenance. Dirty, peeling wallpaper, bathroom needs lots of care , no usb ports in room, no doors on closet, and more. It is not a business hotel. The complementary breakfast was great - plentiful and varied. The cook/ attendant was so nice and attentive. Reported excessive noise in parking lot three nights in a row - partying and over loud noise - and night manager did not fix the problem. The partygoers were a known problem but were not stopped. Cleaning staff was overwhelmed but did a great job with what they were dealing with as far as room conditions. And they charged a $50 fee as deposit for potential damages.

I stayed here cause it has two beds and a pull out couch. I could have went with a cheaper hotel. The pull out coach was broken, very disappointed cause now two of us had to share a bed. I might as well have saved money to stay somewhere else. Then our smoke alarm went off at night had to call front desk several times until someone FINALLY answered. He was very unfriendly when he has to come to room to remove smoke alarm. And no maid service unless requested so all trashes full quick, ran out of toliet paper. Had to ask for extra towels. My last stay here was pleaseant and this time I was very disappointed.

Decent breakfast fare and thankfully none of those rubbery sysco omelets popular elsewhere. Hotel was clean & comfortable. Would like more free weights in the fitness area but I get it. Loved seeing the mountains every time I walked out of the building. Parking lot patrolled by security so no riffraff seemed to be loitering about

The elevator didn't work and had to walk to the end of building and walk to the other side of the building for our 3 floor room. Towels were very old and thin. Water didn't shut off easily in shower. Lighting were very poor.

It was an ok stay for 2 nights. Tub wouldn’t drain, door would slam every time I shut it, lights in room were too dim, the pool water was freezing cold, and elevators weren't working.
