Best Western Plus Executive Suites

The room consisted of an ugly oder when we entered the room. The couch/pullout bed was broken. The room didn’t provide linens. Requested for another room but they we were told it wasn’t there concern because we book through a 3rd party website. Not staying here again and would recommend you book else where.

The pull out bed did not work and when I notified the front desk they just told me that there was nothing they could do. Had kids above us running around stomping all night till 3 am. Still front desk did nothing. Shower did not have any warm water will not go back even if I was paid

Took 2 hrs to check in. Once we got the key and went to the room. The toilet bowl was clogged. They left a plunger for us and later on it clogged up again. Finally got moved to another room around 11 pm. The new room didnt even have hot water to shower in the morning.

Was a good stay. I dont know why Expedia thinks a 4 is bad. We were only there one night and it met my needs. I wouldnt want to be there a week, but if you just need a place to stay for a day or 2, it's a good choice.

All in all good room. Definitely is dated, and need to get a handle on the pot smokers because the halls of level 3 reeked everytime we went out. Nice in room jet tub. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to many resturants and shopping. Didnt seem to ruff of a neighborhood.

The staff that checked us in did not smile & did not have customer service at all.

Was cozy

Property was clean and staff was friendly. It did take a while for the water to heat up for a shower. Overall a nice stay.
