Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort

Location was very good. Enjoyed the health club. The room was very nice.

Shower door needs alignment. Had to improvise to keep it closed and not leak water onto floor. Closet door was difficult to open/close.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! STAFF WAS S OSO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

WE LIKED EVERYTHING.

You never know what you are going to get when you can’t choose your unit. We had a 3 bedroom townhouse, but it was very tight. The living room didn’t have enough room for everyone to sit comfortably and the kitchen was very small and not well equipped. The beds, however, were very comfortable. The health club was a great bonus with nice equipment. There were 3 hot tubs, but they were completely packed. The scenery surrounding was very pretty with the fresh snow. We would maybe stay again if we can have a larger unit.

The place was nice and spacious and close enough to the roads but far enough from hum-dum. Had a great vacation. Wished there was more snow though.

We had to leave early by 2 days due to my medical emergency, and I spoke to the on-site representative and they that's not a problem and that they would refund at least partially for the 2 days as we stayed for 12 days. However once we checked out and contacted them, they denied it. Wish they had.

The unit was in bldg 15 and was close to the racquet club amenities making it easy to use facilities. The locker room has recently been updated and the pool, hot tubs, steam and dry saunas along with the cardio and strength training rooms were all fabulous. Our unit had a well-stocked kitchen that we used every morning to make coffee & breakfast. Loved the baseboard heaters and separate controls for the bathrooms! We were also located directly across the street from the bus stop where we were taken into Vail village (about a 10min trip) each day to ski, shop, etc.

Guests moved in above us and they had a dog; I assume owners are allowed pets. The dog was rather loud running around but probably not much can be done about that.
