Club amenities like pool and spa. Both the bedroom bed and sofa bed were comfortable.

The condo had the smallest bathroom that I've ever seen. My elbow hit the shower door when I was on the toilet with every move. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware but lacked cooking oil, not even a used but almost empty bottle of it. We rented it for two night and by the second night the hot water ran out. Turned out the hot water heater stopped working and the pilot went out. I tried to light the pilot but the condo had no supply of matches or a lighter. Needless to say we could not shower nor wash our faces. Called the after-hour hotline after 9p and the receptionist took my call and informed the tech who was supposed to reach out in 30min. Nope, never a call back nor a knock on the door. Granted this happened on 1/1/26 but still an emergency call needed to be actioned timely regardless.

1. Management needs to dedicate resources to retraining staff wrt hospitality business. Clearly some folks are in a wrong place or just not fit for the responsibilities they are entrusted with. Start with very basics by teaching them how to address the guests paying their wages. 2. Contrary to property description there is NO shuttle, but public bus stop. That is NOT the same. Instead of 8 min (actual distance) the morning bus ride takes approx. 50 min one way. Also, depending on a building you're assigned, may need additional 4-5 min (adult time) walk to the bus stop. Just imagine doing that if you came on a ski trip with kids. I ended up driving my family each day which added additional parking cost of $30-$50 per day. 3. Property is mixed use by owners, tenants & short term rentals. Owners walk their dogs all over. Brown yellow dog waste stains all over the white snow is quite a contrast. It broke my heart when I was forced to deny my kid building a snowman as those stains are everywhere. 4. Photos featured on Booking.com are misleading. They are showing nicer units located upstairs. They actually assigned my family to a basement unit for a period of 7 nights. With exception of a front view all we saw were the shoes of people walking by our windows. 5. Place is really cramped tiny. No storage capacity even for your groceries.
