Will definitely return and recommend…great place to make your home base and travel daily to the more desirable cleaner beaches such as Kata and Karon…absolute value for money this off-season…Thankyou to the staff and management for the almost personalised service…

The breakfast was to be expected for the quiet season in Thailand, still awesome just limited. The hotel location was excellent, I have stayed their twice before so knew the distances etc. You look at a 15 minute walk to Bangla.

Possibly a brochure for guests when they arrive informing of hotel amenities.

Location was good, rooms are big

Staff was pathetic; felt racist, talking as if they are doing some favour. I have been to Phuket many times before never got such cold welcome and such attitude staff, pathetic customer service. Even the manager at the hotel was so rude. We were traveling as 8 friends group, had booked 2 rooms & 1 suite. They gave it in all different buildings, we requested if we can get all on the same floor, the hotel was literally empty (no one in the pool all 4 days, hardly anyone at the breakfast, hardly anyone we saw in all 4 days) But the staff rudely said no, you have to pay more for having all in the same building, got so irritated when we asked if they can give it as free upgrade (literally every time hotel will offer you this themselves if the rooms are empty, or if you request for it), we asked them can we get adjacent rooms, answer is no & hotel is full, can we get it a day after, no same answer, guess what there was one on that floor accept for a family I believe, water was clogged in one other room and on one even came to clean it for a day. Anyway we had to pay more and get the rooms on the same floor. Breakfast for ok but the spread was very very small like a 2* hotel.
