"Great staff and comfort, some things could be better"

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helping. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The sauna was great! The bartender and bar deserve compliments as well :)

We didn't like the fact that the swimming pool wasn't open and this wasn't clear on Booking. The pool was part of the reason we wanted to book this hotel. A minor thing: the breakfast could have been better. The small baked breads tasted old and the scrambled egg was clearly made with some powder form.

Great breakfast, Clean room

Pool door has to be opened by staff. Pool was rather dirty, looked like algea growth between the tiles. Sauna was closed.

It’s the 2nd year in a row where we arrive and the pool is not working. Very unsatisfying. The hotel could have make contact to us to let us know and to rebook another place. There is not much to do in the area and we only go here to use the pool and relax
