Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff in this elegantly faded marbled hotel.

I can't say enough about Giotto Park Hotel, Camillo and his team! Wonderful place, wonderful people! They clearly take pride in their work. They make you feel so at home. And they're extremely responsive and accommodating to concerns or questions. I've never felt so well taken care of in a hotel before. And the surrounding village is so special. So quiet and beautiful. And the people there are so friendly, charming and engaging! Thank you so much Barca Family! ps - the coffee is amazing too!!!

Hotelli kaiken osiin kiva, mutta, toivoisin että matka siihen olisi parempi selvitetty, tosin hankalassa paikassa. Omistaja joka toimii kokkinakin, melkoisen ovela tyyppi, jutteli, jutteli, tarjosi menuta, apua hinta tosi järjetön, varokaa, älkää syökää mitään, vaan menkää lähin ravintolaan

We loved the hotel and it's grandeur in the little village on top of the hills above Florence. The only issue we had was it was very cold in Tuscany - snowing in fact and our radiator did not quite keep the room warm enough. The staff were lovely and provided us with more blankets.

sebbene il mio pernottamento sia stato all'insegna dell'impegno lavorativo ho davvero apprezzato il pernottamento presso questa struttura dove ho potuto respirare un'atmosfera magica, antica e molto rilassante. Nonostante le condizioni atmosferiche siano state veramente pessime e il tempo a mia disposizione limitato sono rimasta affascinata e mi riprometto di tornare a visitare questo luogo così intenso e carico di umanità.

A car is a pain in Florence but without one you miss the Tuscan countryside. This hotel solves the puzzle with hillside tranquility, free parking and a very friendly hospitality. Leave the car in the morning at piazzale Michelangelo and explore Florence on foot. After hours of hustle bustle, you will be glad at the end of the day to be heading for the hills, feeling at home at Giotto Park. As anywhere in Tuscany, bring some repellent because mosquitoes do come out in the evening.

Beautiful place with excellent views, Florence is easily accessible by bus. Staff are friendly and really helpful. Rooms are great and very comfortable. Once again I'd like to thank all the staff for a geat stay.

Giotto Park is 2 grand buildings in a lovely hilltop setting approximately 20 minutes north of Florence. Convenient parking on site if with a car; no wifi in rooms; clean rooms; my en-suite was too small though; overall a good place to stay if not wanting to be in Florence but have access to it

Hotel is a good 20 min north of Florence. Definitely requires a vehicle to get to and from. Building & grounds are really lovely as is surrounding area. Rooms are clean & relatively comfortable. Bathroom was too small.
