Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktioniert nicht richtig. Es wurde kaum gekühlt. Ggfl. kann es damit zusammenhängen, dass sich mein Zimmer auf dem OG (5. OG) befand und bis 19:00h vom Abendsonne überflutet war.

had a very disappointing experience with this hotel, mainly because of how the reception staff handled a serious issue. I accidentally left my wallet on a bench next to the entrance door, an area that appears to be clearly covered by security cameras. About 10 minutes later, after arriving at my destination by Uber, I realized what had happened and immediately called the hotel. The receptionist told me that my wallet had been found. When I returned to collect it, I discovered that everything was still inside except for €1,000 in cash. I want to be clear: I am not accusing anyone at the hotel of taking the money. However, I expected the situation to be treated seriously and professionally. Unfortunately, the way it was handled by a receptionist named Cassandra was shocking. Throughout the conversation, she repeatedly implied that I should simply let it go. When I asked to review the security camera footage, she first told me that the cameras could not see the bench. However, when I looked at the monitor myself, I could clearly see the bench on the screen. She then changed her explanation and said that the cameras were not working. I also asked to contact the police. Cassandra told me that the police would not be able to help, which I found inappropriate. It felt as though she had already decided the outcome instead of allowing the authorities to do their job. I then asked to speak with her manager, Nadia, so that the hotel could cooperate if a police report was filed. Unfortunately, Nadia was equally dismissive and told me she could not help. What disappointed me most was not only the missing money, but the lack of concern, empathy, and professionalism shown by the staff. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained calm and respectful, yet I felt as though I was being treated like a nuisance rather than a guest reporting a legitimate problem. As for the hotel itself, it is clean, but it lacks warmth and character. The location is also not ideal.
