The breakfast was good! And the location was great!

Our family of 8 stayed in 2 rooms, 1 room was alright, the only negative were the stained sheets on one bed. The second room we had rented had a problem with the unlocking mechanism. As well as the tv not working. When we requested a refund for the second room since there were problems we were told that we couldn’t receive a refund, then we asked for a room change and was told at first that there was no rooms available. Upon us going to talk to front desk face to face and letting them know we will just dispute the charge through our bank they finally said we could move to a room across from our other room which ended up giving us head lice. It was a 2 thumbs down stay for us.
