Not even an hour after checking in my friend and I have settled in and are both bitten by bed bugs, we bring attention to the desk clerk and are offered a different room but we declined and have yet to receive a refund.

Bed bugs, bathroom and bathtub were dirty as well

The facility was very clean. The staff was very nice. My requested check in early was fulfilled. It was close to a lot to places and theatre. Nice view also!

Wish the pool was ready but it was under maintenance but it was still a great stay!
