El hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion, es agradable y el personal es muy atento mi calificacion es porque las fotos que se muestran no coinciden para nada con la habitacion que me dieron, pague cerca de 2,000 por noche y me dieron una habitacion sumamente pequeña, literal un pequeñisimo cuarto con la cama, la tv y el baño. Las fotos que se muestran en la opcion que seleccione muestran una habitacion que facilmente es 3 o 4 veces mas amplia a la que recibi

"A very nice hotel well located in Mexico City,"

Comfortable hotel with "old world" charm. Well located in a safe surrounding district. All staff very helpful. Reception desk all helpful and we were able to easily change our larger Mexican currency into smaller denominations. Would stay again.

"Amazing Hotel"

Hotel is amazing, old world style and staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are large and clean. Buffet breakfast was very extensive and restaurant out front served great tasting food. Hotel is located close to tour pickup point and Metro/bus station, surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes. Best gym I’ve seen in a hotel.

"10/10 experience! So worth it!"

Such a stunning hotel! Every day waking up at this hotel felt like a dream, that I never wanted to wake up from :) the paintings, the library look, the hallways etc. The staff is so kind and helpful and I truly appreciated the extra help with my vegan diet. Even though there aren’t many vegan options available at the breakfast buffet ( fresh fruits and some cooked potato options only ) they went the extra mile and prepared freshly cooked vegetables with mushrooms for me and even organised almond milk for my coffee for the week that I was staying there Ariel, from concierge, has been a tremendous help with making every day special and exciting for me in the city. Efrain, from breakfast, has been so kind and took very good care of me during breakfast. And the reception staff too, was very kind and professional. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

El hotel estaba bien ubicado en la Zona Rosa, restaurants y peatonal cerca. El desayuno buffet muy bien. Las habitaciones limpias, el baño muy pequeño y sin ventilación al exterior.

Always a great stay i would just say to not stay in front units of hotel. Car horns all night even at 4 am but back of hotel quiet
