"Majestic Palace"

We spend a spectacular 1 night stay in Luzern. The hotel has a been preserved with the historical look while all the amenities inside reflect the modern age. Aperitif at the bar counter, dinner by the window overlooking the lake. The spa area and gym are well equipped. I would deeply recommend a stop to everyone around.

"A Splendid Grand Hotel Revived"

It’s always a pleasure staying at a Mandarin Oriental property, and this one certainly lived up to expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Claudio, who welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour of the hotel and our room while sharing the story of the property. The hotel itself feels brand new, and the rooms were outstanding. The breakfast was also very good, offering a wide and thoughtfully curated selection with high-quality ingredients and something for every taste. We were generously upgraded several categories, which was a lovely touch. I’m already looking forward to returning.
