Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern

Absolutely excellent customer care from everyone from the start to end of our trip. The MO Luzern embodies the MO sense of elegance and understanding of customers so well. Hardware is 100% - beautiful hotel in a fantastic city, well appointed rooms, spectacular views from our junior suite. The software is 1000% - the staff that make all the difference between the MO and any other luxury hotel. Big thanks to the team, especially Denise who welcomed us, Fida and Giulietta and the guest relations team who looked after us when I felt unwell. Thank you again MO - I remain a big fan!

Such a beautiful resort in a perfect location. Stayed in an amazing suite with views of Lake Lucerne and enjoyed the surrounding area. Highly recommend Mandarin Oriental Lucerne Palace

It is close to the Lake and city centre.

Overall service was not at the level we usually expect from M.O The property lacks the M.O feeling in our opinion.

Bereits bei früheren Aufenthalten hat mir der Service und die Qualität des Hotels sehr gut gefallen, daher komme ich immer gerne wieder. Auch bei diesem Aufenthalt hat sich das Hotel auf unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut eingestellt und war jederzeit in allen Belangen sehr aufmerksam. Wirklich toll!

This hotel on Lake Lucerne was definitely 5*, The rooms were very comfortable and the service excellent with nice views over the lake

The hotel is lovely , and I do recommended it , but personally I wouldn’t stay again . It’s a bit far from the train station , and it’s very expensive . The first room we were offered was quite small with a tiny balcony overlooking the lake - not worth the very high price - we moved to a larger room without a view . The service and concierge were terrific , breakfast which was included was great - but dinner , where they charged for bottle of tap water wasn’t worth it to me .
