The location and cleanliness

1. We had to take the garbage out; I had never seen this anywhere else. 2. As I was leaving the room, I took two coffee packets with me (they were in the room for our use and since I hadn’t used them, I took them with me). I had quite a bunch of luggage with me, and interestingly, one of the cleaning staff saw the coffee packets in my bag, among all the other stuff, and said “I see you’re taking them with you”. I said was it wrong of me to do so since I believed it was there for our use and we had already paid for it through our booking, and she said she didn’t mind and asked if I wanted more, “it’s not mine, I don’t care”! I think this encounter was not a comfortable one and I think it wasn’t in her position to make that comment to begin with.

Grand appartement très bien équipé et confortable, au calme vue sur les sapins. Piscine extérieure chauffée. Pas de carte pour la chambre, tout se fait par code.

A 10 h tapante, la femme de chambre, pas aimable du tout, est venue frapper à la porte pour nous dire de partir, c'était l'heure du check out, je n'ai jamais vu un tel comportement. je lui ai répondu que nous allions partir dans 5 minutes, elle a attendu derrière la porte !!! C'est vraiment choquant pour un hôtel. Au 4eme étage, la soufflerie dans le couloir fait un bruit assourdissant quand on ouvre la porte de la chambre.

Quiet location, away from the Village. Free bus to the ski lifts are a great convenience.

Far to walk to the Village. Guest Parking is limited. Only 1 car spot per unit.

Great location right on the 5 bus route and steps away from Lost Lake and trails.

Not the cleanest of places - dusty, dirty dishes and the dishwasher... OMG dont think the filter has ever been cleaned. No plug points next to the bed seems so 1990's. No housekeeping, come on guys, the pandemic ended years ago, a refresh everyday is not that hard and goes a long way in keeping the resort in top (clean and fresh) shape.

Clean and comfortable! Fun common area for the kids!
