Free parking, close to shuttle stop, hot tub, kitchen, roomy.

Uncomfortable sofa bed

The overall property was a perfect location, easy access to free bus shuttle and ample parking. The boutique style smaller property was perfect, not too busy and lots of amenities: large outdoor hottub, heated pool, showers next to fitness/hottub area, lobby seating with fireplace and pool table, there was also a small kitchen area and TV room in the lobby. Entering the property with the keyless code was very convenient and efficient. The room was very clean, comfy beds, clean/new bedding and lots of towels. The soaps, body lotion, shampoos were good quality. Large kitchen with ample dishes/supplies for cooking, and complimentary coffee/tea and salt/pepper/sugar. Balcony had beautiful view of forest with chairs to enjoy nature. Bathrooms were spacious and tiles in the shower/shower glass was clean. We used the ski locker which was convenient and option to use lockers. Overall an excellent quality clean property, not overcrowded, convenient 5-9minute shuttle ride to Blackcomb/Whistler villages with walking access to beautiful forest views and trails at the doorstep of Hortsman House.

Location and the accommodations were great

Door code too long to remember There was hardly any gym equipment to ex. We were hoping to go to the gym but no weights lifting equipments, not much cardio equipments too. So it’s really not much of a gym to ex. The parking spot was tight for a van or a suv which is usually the case for winter travel be

New duvet covers maybe :( ours seems like the duvet had no cover on and was placed between two sheets

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The only problem with the kitchen was, that the toaster wasn't working at all. We liked the pool and hot tub. The fitness centre wasn't bad, but some of the machines were out of order. Overall, our stay was good though.

The front desk was closed most of the time during our stay. We wanted to request a late checkout(which was declined), and we needed to call the other facility as the front desk was not open. The staff at the front desk didn't inform us that the front desk would be closed on the day we needed to contact them, which we found unkind and unprofessional.
