During Peak Season 1 July - 7 September and 28 November - 19 April - Fridays: 9:00 to 23:00 - Saturdays: 8:00 to 23:00 - Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 to 17:00. During Shoulder Season 20 April - 30 June and 8 September - 27 November - Fridays: 9:00 to 23:00 - Saturdays: 8:00 to 23:00 - Sunday to Thursday: CLOSED. Outside of these hours of operation, guests are kindly requested to present themselves at the following address: Le Chamois at 4557 Blackcomb Way. Whistler Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please note, 3rd party credit cards are not accepted without a credit card preauthorisation form.This must be filled out and returned within 24 hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great hotel with free parking, rooms were huge and really comfy! Also it was easy to access the whole area using the free bus shuttle!

Check in wasn’t clear at all, I never received my instructions on how to check in, and there was no opening hours of the reception at that time

"Whistler is gorgeous."

The staff was not very friendly and picking up the keys was so strict. We could only pick up the keys at 4:00 p.m. Very restrictive.

The unit was clean and huge for my group. It had a complete kitchen and a pool for the kids.

Hard to remember the access code for common areas but it's understandable.
