Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort

The staff and service, facilities, location etc. were all excellent. There are some great restaurants and massage parlours right outside the resort, so there are enough choices to pick from.

Only one complaint - within the resort, food was average but pricey, and there was not much choice either. But like I've said, there are lots of other options just walking distance from the resort, or one could take a Grab taxi to Ao Nang too.

Très bel hôtel, belle plage, bon déjeuner très varié. Les chambres sont confortables et de bonnes dimensions. Les gens étaient super gentils. Je recommande, très beau site!

Beaucoup de rénovations présentement mais ce n’était pas dérangeant. Une des deux piscines était fermée.

Todo perfecto, no hubo nada que no nos encantara. Nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación con vistas parciales a la playa y una habitación enorme. El desayuno era increíble y la playa la teníamos casi para nosotros solos. Volveremos sin dudarlo :) el personal encantador

The staff were outstanding and went above amd beyond. I would like to mention especially the staff at brealfast and their manager.Ana ( i think this is her name.)

I wasnt informed that the hotel was undergoing major renovations before i arrived. Half the hotel was closed and we were not able.to have the sea facing room we paid for and was confirmed.by the hotel. This was a major part of my requirement fpr my holiday. There was also only.one pool making it very.overcrowded. These renovations were planned and i should have been informed so i could have taken the option to cancel

Piękny obiekt z pysznymi śniadaniami. Piękne zadbane ogrody. Z każdej strony obiekt otoczony jest natura. Lokalizacja obiektu jest znakomita. Wystarczy zrobić 3 kroki i jest się na głównej ulicy a tam mnóstwo wyśmienitych restauracji, studia masażu, 7/11

Uwaga, niestety na korytarzach widziałam karaluchy. Nie było ich w pokoju ale bardzo tego pilnowaliśmy. Resort ma 5 gwiazdek więc moim zdaniem powinien zrobić wszystko żeby takie sytuacje nie miały miejsca. Widziałam też kilka zabitych na kaflach i niestety panie sprzątające nic z nimi nie robiły. Potrafiły leżeć nieuprzątnięte przez kilka dni. To trochę obrzydliwe.

Very beautiful place

Unfortunately I didn’t get the room I paid for! I paid for a room with a sea view and by arrival they informed me that the sea view rooms are under construction and they are not available I must mention that They did not inform me before in any way that they are not availability. I had no choise but take anther room which they said it was an upgrade which to me it was not ! A nice room but not bigger in any way just in a new qourter which as I said not a real upgrade. The place is lovely but absolutely not fair under any condition and it left me no other choose
