The staff were fantastic across the board - everyone was courteous, helpful, and friendly. We were especially well taken care of in the lounge.

100 Baht for a bucket of ice for the room?!?! I've stayed all over the world and never been charged for ice.

The staff were all incredible. We couldn’t fault them at all. They were thoughtful, welcoming and always super helpful and friendly

The hotel was half shut and advertised facilities were just not available. The food in their one Thai restaurant was not only disgusting but also devoid of any Thai flavours. We get better Thai food in my town in the Uk The only other restaurant, an Italian was shut one night for a private function leaving only the Sports Bar serving pizzas as an option. We ended up not eating The hotel advertised 2 lovely pools, a swim up bar and poolside restaurant. These are all shut. No notification was given. The hotel advertises cable and satellite TV. A total lie! You only have Thai TV. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss. Get there at 0715 and there’s no staff so no coffee. Get there at 10.00 and many of the choices have gone particularly the fruit. The other thing is that the restaurants outside the hotel are pretty poor so you have no choice to pay for a cab and go a distance to eat. A pretty shocking state of affairs and never a 5* hotel
