We loved everything about the Hotel do Chiado. The staff first and foremost!! Treated us like Family, so kind and generous. They would go out of their way for us. I cannot thank each and every one of them enough. They are new friends to us.

Location, staff and an excellent breakfast. Great roof top bar.

Booked a twin room, but when we arrived we had a double bed only. Our room was changed next day and all was good.

La chambre près de l ascenseur L odeur de la rue jusque dans la chambre/ un peu de parfum d ambiance aurait été apprécié Et , au regard du prix de la chambre , un jus d orange fraîchement pressé aurait été souhaitable Ainsi que prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse 🥴
