The breakfast was great. The room was really big and the air conditioning worked well without making me ill. We had a great view to the castle. The rooftop bar was wonderful on a balmy night. The staff was friendly and helpful, some of the nicest I have ever experienced on holiday.

I think the bathrooms probably need an update, but they were scrupulously clean. The bed was a bit hard for me, but my husband was well satisfied.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. They took our luggage up while we were out waiting for our room to be available. We booked a room with a terrace and view of the houses, St George Castle and The Tagus River. It was beautiful and we loved to sit out there. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff very accommodating and polite. Breakfast was a buffet with coffee and juice options, plenty to choose from with a wonderful view and calm atmosphere with low music. Our room was beautiful, classy and stylish in decor' with good shower and branded robe/slippers/ toiletries. No sound at night, very clean hotel in the heart of Lisbon. We will definitely return.

A vista da minha paixão "Castelo de São Jorge", todos os dias no pequeno almoco, foi espetacular. Alem disso, houve problema do Box do banheiro da reserva paga em quarto clássico(7o.andar) no 1o.dia. Contudo, devido não ser facilmente resolvido , o hotel nos deu upgrade para quarto superior(6o.andar) sem custos. MARAVILHOSO!!! É esse o quarto a ser escolhido das próximas vezes. Agradecemos pelos excelentes serviços e simpatia, Alberto, Solange, Tomás e Rui.

Localização excelente no melhor ponto do Chiado, ao lado do Metrô e de todos os pontos de interesse. As instalações são ótimas e o melhor de tudo é o atendimento da equipe, em especial da recepção, super atenciosos e prestativos, dando todas as orientações, realmente diferenciado

A fantastic hotel, centrally located in Chiado and easily accessible from the airport via the metro (one change). The hotel staff are amazing, and a shout out to Diogo on Reception who looked after us when we checked in. He showed us to our room and explained everything perfectly. There’s beautiful artwork on the corridor walls to look at and it was a very relaxing stay. The bedroom was lovely, very clean; plenty of miniature toiletries are provided in the bathroom and the hairdryer is there too. Coffee machine and also a mini bar in the room which was reasonably priced. We had breakfast every morning (think pasteis de nata!) which was wonderful. The breakfast room is light and airy with windows overlooking beautiful scenery and out to the river. Plenty of choice, from fruits/yoghurt to cereals, delicious breads, and lots of cooked breakfast options. Staff again were amazing and very cheery. There are plenty of things to do and see nearby with lots of bars and restaurants - would recommend La Vita e Bella a 5 minute walk, it was so good we booked it a second time. The hotel rooftop bar was fabulous, we frequented daily and sat outside because the weather was so lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s just perfect in every way! We loved Lisbon and will be back to stay at this gorgeous hotel. We’d booked via EasyJet holidays.
