La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Columbus Dublin

Needs a refresh....hot /cold water reversed in room.... Elevator needed repair and employee warned us several times about parked car safety. That does not make a guest feel at peace

The breakfast was good and coffee! The location is great! The room was clean. The man in the food area who replenished the food was nice and helpful.

The elevator was frightening because it would fall/jerk and go down when we’d step on. It was not stable nor steady. We had to take the steps to avoid it. The ladies at the front desk on different occasions were not kind to customers. They had bad & nasty attitudes. The bed was like sleeping on a hard box spring. It was not comfortable at all. There was no ice on my floor and we reported the ice machine not working and the front desk lady clerk gave no apology but just gave a demanding instruction to go to the 3rd floor however our room was on the second floor.

The hotel was affordable, served breakfast and was close to shopping and food. The staff also changed our room when we asked.

The first room we were in was not clean and I did not realize that it was animal friendly. I have allergies and would have selected a different hotel. The bed was not comfortable at all, back still hurts from my stay.

Older hotel. Room was neat and clean and staff was friendly, albeit hard to understand at times due to their accent.

It needs a better selection of food. Same everyday for 5 days. There was a lot in the area to see.

I had to ask more than one for clean towels and wash clothes. Also their English speaking and knowledge was very poor.

Very pleased with everything, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly, room was clean, when our wifi wasn't working they helped immediately and gave us another room. Will stay again for sure!!
