"Needs some TLC"

Staff was so nice and professional

The curtains were sheer. No room darkening shades and the sheer curtains really didn't allow enough concealment for safety and the sunlight poured in as soon as it came up in the morning. The door to our room didn't seal all the way so there was a small gap that you can see threw and the door rattled with air exchange and we could hear everything going on outside the door. The shower made a terrible screaming noise and the sink dicey faucet would spray back at you when you put anything in the water steam.

Location

Wasn’t very clean. Used elevator it was never cleaned. Front lobby never cleaned same coffee spills on floor and rug not vacuumed

"for the price, great place. would def. stay there again...but bringing my own pillows..lol"

great price, pet friendly was a big plus. bathrooms no vents-fail, the lounge chair uncomfortable-fail, bed not bad-ok, pillows(if you want to call them pillows-major fail. had to ask for two more. the staff very prompt in getting two more pillows so staff very good A+. the morning breakfast potatoes needed to be cooked just slightly longer, waffles outstanding sausage little more cooking, scrambled eggs outstanding A+. other then that breakfast over all A+

vents in bathroom would be nice, better pillows, get rid of the 70 style room chairs. get better lounge chairs. parking lot is a little tight but is ok.
