Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte/Pineville

I was truly taken back by this hotel. I wasn't sure it was even a Sheraton Hotel. The hotel chain has truly took a swan dive compared to the laughty heights where it once soared in the days of old. Luxury and service quality and immaculate decor has given was to a sad, out dated in room appearance, with uncomfortable beds and rooms that can't even come close to Holiday Inn Express. This room was on par with Motel 6. My how the mighty have fallen. We will not stay there again, until the rooms are totally renovated and furnished adequately. The walls were paper thin and one's voice could be heard from our room down the other end of the corridor to the elevator, and that was an indoor voice. Such a disappointment....

The room was in dilapidated condition. I was given several sets of door keys none of which would open the room door.

The heat wasn’t working properly in the room. When we ate breakfast in the lobby the front door was wide open it was extremely cold in the lobby took away from the breakfast experience..food was getting cold.

It's overall good. But the water is not hot for shower

I was here three nights for business in the area. First, the staff are all super friendly. Front desk, breakfast attendant, housekeeping - all top notch. Room was very clean and comfortable. Some of the furnishings were a little dated, but all were functional. Nice workspace. Minor issue with downloading large files, but streaming worked fine. Breakfast was great! Excellent choice of meat, meat substitute, eggs, waffles, fruits, yogurt, breads and juices. Close to local and national dining options, some within walking distance. This is my go-to when I'm working in the area.

The property was clean and while a efficiency level hotel, very neat. Unfortunately, overnight the parking lot had multiple break ins to vehicles. We escaped being a victim but were unable to sleep any longer for the remainder of the night, feeling unsafe to be in the area.

The space and staff was excellent!!

Very noisy place. Called front desk and told them our adjoining door room next door was extremely loud (both music and yelling). Front desk said they called them and they said it wasn’t them. Good detective work.

The location was secluded yet walking distance to mall, gas stations, and restaurants. And Literally had a walking trail outside the front door across the street. Clean, very spacious room was on 4th floor, quiet private my new local getaway for peace
