Hampton Inn Shrewsbury

The rooms were recently renovated. The room I stayed in was one of the new rooms. I wished the beds did not have vinyl covers over the matress. It makes for an uncomfortable sleep.

This is a very nice hotel for the price. Well maintained. Updated, comfortable and fresh.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Hampton Inn Shrewsbury! Hotel was very, very clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was so good! The newly updated rooms are very nice. We would definitely stay here again when in this area.

It's clean, convenient and the staff is great!

I liked the conveninence of the Ruby Tuesday being next door - walkable. I enjoyed seeing the birds outside dsuring breakfasst.

Front desk guy was super nice. Clean place.

What I liked most about our stay was the friendly and accommodating young man working the check in desk. He was a pleasure. Additionally the king size bed was quite comfortable.

The breakfast. I have to say the breakfast was a bit disappointing. There was no fresh fruit available except for green/unripe bananas. (Fruit would have been my first choice.) The scrambled eggs looked wet and undercooked so I went with the home fries and a scone and orange juice. Sadly, the home fries were kind of rubbery, so I switched to the oatmeal instead, which happily was good. YAY! :) I wouldn't have said anything but you asked .......
