Hampton Inn Shrewsbury

Suite was like new, bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Upscale bright bathroom. Clean rugs and everything else.

Limited TV stations. Noisy children a bit late at night.

Desk managers were very nice and helpful. Hotel and room were clean. Issue was that despite a request, we did not receive housekeeping services. Also, microwave did not work. Would have been helpful to have some area information in the room as well.

Very clean, staff very friendly. Loved that they had night lights in the bathroom. All hotels should do that.

The employees were kind.

I paid more than I would else where without knowing the pool and rec center was closed. Half the parking lot was also taken up by storage sheds.

Brand new remodeled room, immaculately clean, good amenities, friendly staff. Free coffee in the lobby was my favorite amenity. Only possible negative is traffic noise from the highway on the end of the hotel nearest the road if you’re a light sleeper.

Booked and have stayed here before for the swimming pool while visiting my grandchildren, booked the room nowhere was there a mention of renovations on booking or the motels web site,on arrival a sign at the front desk said pool was closed for renovations.No coffee two mornings because there was a water issue, no ice for unknown reasons, nice clean room,I know things can improve.
