I feel like there was an attempt to decorate and make it look nicer but the building itself seems older and still has a run down vibe to it. Shower was decent. I liked that the sink and mirror were separate from the shower and toilet area.

As soon as the front doors opened, I was hit with a musty old smell. The space was small. Tiny bathroom and shower area.

"Good location for viisting GVSU"

Extraordinary friendly staff, good location next to GVSU and good breakfast; comfy beds and well equipped rooms.

There is a smell in the house, maybe the carpets need a proper clean or some air refreshing in the house might help. Otherwise all is clean and nice.

Breakfast great! Young man ( not sure worker or not) sleep on lobby couch for a long time on my 4 times coming and going during my evening stay. Creepy room nice and clean! Got a call shortly after I checked in seeing if I had check in made me a little nervous about coming back to room after dinner! Glad my husband was with me than!

Nice, very clean appearing place to stay, with excellent breakfast and very pleasant staff. The only downside was the very musty smell in our room. It looked clean, but smelled as if the carpet had been wet for a long time.
