DoubleTree by Hilton London Heathrow Airport

I originally booked two rooms, both with 1 x king double bed & 1 x DOUBLE sofa bed as I was travelling with my 15 year old son, and the other room was for a friend and his 15 year old son. The sofa bed in both rooms was a very small single pull out bed. I reported this to reception and they were very unhelpful and just said that I booked through Hotels.com/Expedia so it was not there problem. This is not the kind of response I expected from the Hilton Group, and seen as I stay in hotels up to 60 nights per year for business, I will not be staying or recommending Hilton Group to work colleagues again.

We asked the staff to help us with our luggage as my partner is handicapped. They said they will not and said they do not have concierge services which is not what we asked. Just help with the luggage. Terrible service and rude attitude. Not clean the couch and walls in the room were completely disgusting.

The bathroom smelled bad when we got there and the smell would not go away. Service was fine. Restaurant bar was nice.

Did not realise it was in the ULEZ zone £17.50 extra per day £15 car park charges. Bathroom dated and not over clean it was ok but not great compared with Dockland Hilton

Few miles from the airport, good and efficient service... Gym is very small!

Perfect for a 1 night layover for Heathrow.

Friendly staff. Hotel had been redone which was Spectacular.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Check in was fast and easy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall service was excellent.
