DoubleTree by Hilton London Heathrow Airport

Staff wasnt overly friendly. Liked to explain everythin not necessary. Not helpful. Room was very old. Carpet in bad shape.

Always love staying here as a jumping-off point for flights out of Heathrow...only a couple of bus stops from Hounslow West tube station, and a convenient and reasonably priced shuttle to get to the terminal.

Easy to find. Convenient for airport and London. Great staff. 2 irons, no fridge? Needs a fridge. Excessive parking charges. Wouldn't have booked if I'd known they were extra.

The property had everything that we needed and the room was really spacious. The car park was perfect too. The only feedback would be that some of the decor was a bit tired in some areas. The staff were really great and we would stay there again.

For an airport hotel it was extremely quiet in the room! The front office staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. After a very long trip that was very helpful!

Very limited options for dining in the area aside from Indian food. Limited hotel staff at check-in with a long line did not set a initial good impression. Carpet was dirty and appeared to not be vacuumed. The shower did not have proper maintenance so the handles were missing. Will consider a different place next time in the area.

I chose this hotel bcos it advertised an airport shuttle. However, the airport shuttle does not go to terminal four. You must take a taxi or an Uber. Approaching the hotel it seems really dated from the outside. The lobby is not very inviting. The room is extremely spacious and comfortable. The linens are quality the bathroom is extremely clean. The neighborhood not so great

I really only stayed for a few hours, butbit was close to my car rental return. Bed was comfy. Hotel staff helpful and was easy to get transfer to T3.

Check out at noon is very convenient

I was traveling home to DFW on a 38 hour flight and layover travel schedule - from the London Heathrow airport I tried to make this booking at 11:20pm and the hotels.com app kept spinning and said " error your booking has not gone through and can not be made at this time". SO, I booked another hotel via another app, which immeidately then went thru. When I checked my email for that confirmation, to my surprise, I found the HOTELS.com booking DID go thru, charged my credit card and refused to cancel or refund when I reached out immediately to explain what had happened. I am now stuck with paying for a hotel that I did not even stay at, due to the app error. I am a long time member of Marriott Bonvoy program, and am VERY disappointed this could not be resolved due to your host application error and glitch. I was exhausted and had layover until 8:40 am the next morning, only to have to deal wit this additional frustration and now charge is to be reimbursed with my personal earnings to my company!
