Stayed at this hotel before and it always delivers on quality and value .

Would have been five stars had there been a small fridge in the room as well as complimentary breakfast given that the room rate isnt cheap. Otherwise its good parking and cleanliness wise.

We stayed here just for a night for its location near the airport. We had to get to the airport early in the morning. We checked in at 10pm and checked out at 6am the following morning. It was hard for me to comment on all the amenities. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice. The airport hopper bus stops right in front of the hotel. The room had coffee machine. That's pretty much all we needed, and we got that. I believe the hotel serves breakfast, which we didn't have the opportunity to avail.

The staff were great the hotel condition was very poor. Mold smell and stuffy.

Not awesome but not bad at the same time. They also need to let people know you have to pay £50 deposit.

i had a terrible experience at the hotel air-condition in my room wasn't working properly. Our room temperature was 25c constant overnight couldn't sleep at all reported to reception asked of they could swap our room no chance. weather was really hot outside i was expecting a decent stay had booked for 2 nights. I was expecting a very good service unfortunately was disappointed.

You should let people know that there’s a £50 deposit requirement to avoid confusion even if you get your money back
