Great staff and bar tenders

The bathroom door handed was not working properly, the television frame was tilted(photo attached), the staff was unprofessional (our checkout is at 12noon but at 1030 housekeeping started knocking and saying you have a checkout at 12noon, what time are we leaving) I have time till 12 then what’s the rush! I swear doubletree is struck out of my stay list forever. I have taken Marriott membership and I am now their gold elite member. If you need evidence, will share if required

We liked the proximity to Heathrow

I don’t know the area well . There is limited dining facility but for one or two nights it is adequate.

Reliably good and great warm cookies

Old hotel, needs major update. Expensive for poor standard and lack of amenities, dirty.

I've stayed here twice, two years apart - for the convenience of the Hotel Hoppa shuttle. The hotel is clean, the staff is nice and the on site restaurant is pretty good. They have a couple vending machines stocked with essentials which is great the night before travel.

The airport shuttle was convenient. Room was ok, sofa was worn. With this hotel being part of the hilton name. i don;t believe a Hilton would stay there.

The sheets and pillow cases clearly weren’t changed and were dirty. There was hair all over them.
