DoubleTree by Hilton London Heathrow Airport

I fell in the shower because the tub was like an ice skating rink. No bath mat available but afterwords it did say beware not to slip and go ask front desk for a mat. So they are aware it’s a problem but haven’t really solved it. Luckily I didn’t rebreak my ribs from two months ago. Hotel staff very unfriendly as well.

Poorly maintained, the bathroom sink drain faulty. The AC temperature control light was very bright and disturbing. Overall very average hotel.

Everything was perfect. The property, the hospitality and the food were delicious!!!

Very disappointed that no shuttle service to Terminal 4 Heathrow. Ad said shuttle service to airport. It did not say “except terminal 4”!

It was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as usual

I would not recommend staying here. The hotel is very outdated and the staff were all very rude. The meals were below average in the restaurant but we didn’t feel safe walking in the area to find another option. We walked to the tescos across the street and came across some very suspicious people which made us feel very uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Toilet didn't flush properly. Bed very comfortable. Food good.

Very nice hotel friendly staff and the breakfast was good. Close to the bus, but we preferred to Uber to the train station (about 10 minutes) to save time. Close to the airport. The gym is small but very nice.

Bathroom sink was cracked badly and needs replacing.

A bit overpriced for the accommodations
