"Last minute stay due to ice storm"

I didn't actually stay here, I booked this room online for my daughter and her 1-year-old baby because there was no power at their home in Enidz, due to the ice storm. So she and her family actually stayed there. I'm assuming it was satisfying because she never made any complaints. It was quick, affordable and just a stay we needed last minute, it was pleasing to me that they had rooms available on such short notice.

"Wanted more money for my stay."

Upon check in the clerk told me I had to pay $10 per person over 2 people. I told him I had input 4 people in my room request and I was not paying anymore money for the room. The bedding had stains on the comforter. The bathroom shower was not clean and was stained. The molding around the floor was stapled to the drywall. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. Their breakfast consisted of waffles and coffee.

This was nit a good stay. It was old and the room smelled old. The need was extremely uncomfortable. If it wasn't a non-refundable booking I would have gone else where. the tv was old and I could here my neighbor snoring through the wall. couldn't sleep in because I could hear everything going on outside. Would not recommend this hotel.

"Lackluster stay "

While the customer service was great, the room clean, and the water hot the problem is the walls were thin and the a/c was ridiculously loud making it hard to not only fall asleep but to stay asleep and the shower has some staining on the walls and looks like repairs were done to the shower that really in my personal opinion should have just been replaced . Overall a lackluster stay at a mediocre place at best
