"Way overpriced for what it is"

The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. It looked like someone had used it recently and left some skid marks. The shower had obvious water spots that had been there a while and was very rusty around the drain. The curtain in the main room didn’t work at keeping light out. I had set the heater to 68 degrees but woke up a few hours later and it was 87 degrees in the room but the heater wouldn’t shut off. The door had a gap in it that you could be seen through even when shut and locked. Overall the night’s stay should have been less that 30 dollars let alone what they charged me.

"Big improvement!"

The last time I have stayed there it was a disaster. The room had roaches and bed bugs, the floors were nasty, not to many towels, the room was just bad.......that was 4 yrs ago. I decided to try this again, and what an improvement!, no roaches, no bed bugs, the bed was nice, the floor was clean, bathroom was clean, more towels, overall the best experience I have had so I will stay here again.

"Never again"

Due to husbands work all we could find available was this hotel. Not very friendly front desk when we checked in. They actually called to ask if I was going to check in or not and if so by what time. I had to explain we were still traveling and not sure how long it would take us to arrive with traffic and again was asked if I was checking in or not. Once we arrived to checking was asked many questions which I was not very interested in after driving 12+hrs. I just wanted to get in and rest, room was ok not as clean as I would expected and beds were horrible so uncomfortable and lumpy. I would definitely not stay there again overpriced for the quality of room

"Dirty & run down"

There was something smeared on bathroom wall. It looked like either blood or fecal matter. The sheets didn't look crisp and clean. The TV remote didn't work. They moved us to a new room. However the airconditioning was difficult to figure out. A person had to turn on the timer for it to work. There was a bottle cap left in in the shower. Overall not a very pleasant experience. The cleaning staff leaves a lot to be desired!
