Great customer service friendly and clean

Wanted front harbor view and got the side view

Excellent customer service from wait staff, front desk and pool staff. Very poorly maintained, oldest Omni with lack of care from Regional Operations Management. Do not stay here, see photos. Please go to the Hilton or Marriott in Padre Island. Much better overall.

My 7 month old and i stayed at this hotel and had a Live Cockroach in our bed. Extremely upsetting especially for a high priced hotel

Motorcycles racing up and down the road blaring music called front desk the girl said only thing they can do is call the cops how about install doors to stop noise they have a problem and will not address it Beware do not stay here

Clean and comfort

Small room and not enough power plugs for charging and a laptop. The Wi-Fi was not free and was terrible.

Sitting on Shoreline Drive in Corpus Christi, TX is an excellent hotel with an exceptional view. From Check in to dining, sitting at the bar, to using the exercise equipment, and check out, all my experiences were wonderful, and the staff were excellent. Dining at the Switch Grass, I was fortunate to meet such wonderful people like Amy, Erika, Laura, Maria, and Leslie. They were superb in their treatment of the customers visiting each morning, or in the evening. They have a wonderful staff. Also, I would like to complement Donnie at the bar. He had such a well-rounded knowledge of whiskeys and bourbons. Those six individuals on staff are the reason I will utilize Omni Hotels in my future travels in hopes of meeting others who are that caring for the guests needs. Thank You for such a positive experience.

Excellent stay at the Omni in Corpus Christi. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Beautiful view from our Balcony. We exceptional excellent customer service from check in to check out, everyone is very helpful, ready to assist.
