No water when we stayed. Waiting for a refund, they told us to contact booking.com which we did. And booking.com said they have not heard back. We tried calling the hotel and no answer... We were told that we would receive a refund and still have not.

Booked a King Signature room. Was told on arrival they overbooked but they would "upgrade" me to a better view room, but it was a double. We didn't care too much about the smaller beds but we were ready for our hot shower after a day at the beach. That never came. I called and they told me to wait a while. It never got warm. We took cold showers. The next morning there was still no hot water. When I called they said it was close to checkout and that I could use the locker room showers on the 2nd floor if I needed a hot shower. 3 calls and not one time did they offer to change rooms or to repair the shower. I was with my girlfriend. I doubt they wanted us in the locker room shower...or maybe they did. All of this was unacceptable and yet they still took my $300. Do Better OMNI, Be Better.

Excellent customer service, big comfortable beds, incredible food options and views, indoor/outdoor pool for families. Staying here is like being at a mini-resort hotel, you will not want to leave, especially if you are traveling as a family.

Poor experience. I didn’t get connecting rooms as I had booked online and got confirmation from customer service over the phone. The front desk didn’t seem to care as they just said sorry we don’t have connecting rooms at this time and even said they saw they should be connecting rooms on my reservation. There was no kids menu for room service so we had to order out from favor to deliver to the hotel room. It took 3 attempts to get bell hop service to help us check out with our luggage which took almost 1 hour. This made us late to our family gathering.

If this is the best that Corpus Christi has to offer, it's not very good. The rooms are outdated with stains on the wall paper. The carpet is filthy but great at hiding roaches in the room. I had to check the sheet every time I got into bed to make sure none were hiding. I must have killed 5 while there. I guess the only good thing I can say is that the water pressure in the shower was fantastically strong.

It was good. They did not have biscuits! Very friendly staff!

Our room was not available when they said it would be … and it was our 49th wedding anniversary.. a little sad over that but it was ok
