Village at Breckenridge, A Vail Resorts Property

Stayed here before. Great location to ski hills or downtown/ grocery. Great amenities at the hotel. Everything works and is in good shape.

Great location! Walk to skiing and walk to dinner and downtown

We had a good stay at the Village. The location is amazing! Steps from the slopes and Maint Street. You can’t beat that! However, we did not have hot water one evening and the hot tubs were also not heating, apparently because of a leak that had to be repaired. And the noise insulation between units could be better. But all in all, we would definitely stay there again.

Good stay at the village. Condo was roomy enough but dated. Overall cleanliness was fine and location was superb.

We love your property and we have been your customer several years. We have also recommended the property to our family members, who are season visitors in thexarea. However, this past Dec 31st, an extraneous circumstance was not fairly managed.We were waiting to board our flight, when a medical situation changed our plans. Instead of boarding, we rushed to seek medical attention and shortly after canceled all plans (plus recovered our luggage). I have a letter from the airline confirming the inability to board for medical reasons, plus a letter from the doctor as well. Efforts to recover or obtain credit for any portion of our stay have been rejected. I believe this was unfair. We could not travel because my son was deemed unable to board. Totally out of our control. I would appreciate re-consideration. Partial credit would suffice. Anything less I consider unreasonable.

You are paying for location (and even more if you want to park your car at the hotel) Walking to the slopes, dinner, and shopping- amazing!!! (We enjoyed the hot tub too.) BUT the room…. toilet clogged, worn carpet, had to move furniture daily to access the fold out, missing smoke detectors, lacked common kitchen utensils (pizza pan, cookie tray) oh and the FIRE ALARM went off 3 seperate times- due to a person taking a steamy shower(that’s what the front desk said).

The property was super close ski and ski out was fantastic. The amenities were really great for the kids. Parking was a bit of a bear and I would suggest making arrangements prior to arriving. In addition, the pullout couch mattress really needed to be changed. it was smashed, but other than that it was absolutely fantastic

The Village is clean and the layout was made for the customer. There was a floor full of amenities Ike an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, pool table, video games etc... The front desk staff were very accommodating and told us about our options as far as things to do in Breckenridge and food choices.
