The condo was very comfortable and located steps from Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift. The hot tubs, pool, gym, sauna, and rec room were awesome! Just wish I had better water pressure foe the shower. But hey, you can’t have it all! Highly recommend this place!

Best location to stay in Breck and very affordable for a ski-in ski-out!

Wonderful resort ski in ski out was super nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tubs were a giant plus. Great place for families to stay

Convenience to mountain

Parking fee was just communicated one week prior arrival and after I payd the entire amount. Not very serious. Room furniture was old and the beds to small for two adults. Wasn't clear during booking process.

Location was great, base on peak 9. Health club was great. We enjoyed the hot tubs, sauna and steam room. No parking onsite - we had to park 0.5 mile away and take a bus. Our wine was not in room upon arrival but they fixed this quickly with a phone call.

This is a nice 3 star hotel, very well located, very close to peak 9 base and two blocks from the Main Street with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel is old but well maintained and I was lucky to have my apartment with a Mountain View. Rikya, the night receptionist was fantastic. My only complaint was about the swimming pool and surrounding area. The water wasn’t heated and the area was kind of cold. The jacuzzi also was outside the cover area. Overall is a great hotel regardless the swimming pool issue.

I really like the fact that the hotel was in the heart of everything. The restaurants was 20 feet away. Parking was a bit much $50 a night, which was not included in the room price.
