Village at Breckenridge, A Vail Resorts Property

We like the pool with 3 Spas.

Very clean and spacious, rooms had every toiletry you would need and paper products. Kitchen was well equipped to cook and clean up after yourself. Laundry rooms on every floor. Noise level was non existent - rooms quiet, views amazing. All amenities were great for family time and TVs in each room. Enough towels blankets and pillows. Bed was super comfy! Loved our stay, we come every year and this time was our most cozy time. Also very walkable to the plaza and restaurants art boutiques.front desk amazing!

We rented a 3 bedroom premier condo for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We traveled with multiple families and were able to see different rooms within the complex. We would highly recommend upgrading to the premier and additional rooms if able. We loved the amount of space and the kids had large rooms with their own bathrooms. We had a small but full kitchen with amenities. The condo was very clean and updated but did show some wear. The only thing we would change would be a bigger balcony (ours was big enough for one folding chair). Otherwise, great property, friendly staff, plenty of parking in the garage, and our family loved the pool/game area.

Resort was under renovations. You have to open the windows to get any air flow but once we did saw dust flew into the room from the outside construction. It was all over everything. The halls of the resort were covered with cardboard and plastic wrap.

Village at Breckenridge Resort was a perfect place for our family of 6 to stay off season. The setup was accommodating with 2 bedrooms, a pullout couch and 2 bathrooms. We loved that the resort was walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping in town, as well as the gondolas.

The exhaust fan on the adjacent building has a bad bearing which was extremely loud. Very irritating when you have to have the windows open to keep the room cool

Very nice hotel and location

Filter on fridge needed changing. The phone on the wall was all static and couldn't hear them. The construction was a mess in the parking garge and the gate access up and down was spotty. We loved the amenities, the towel dispenser and the view

Room 1 - Did not receive the bottles of wine that it says on our itinerary. Maintenance was poor. Sink did not drain, shower did not drain. Handle fell off shower and they could not get it fixed before we had to check out. Room 2 - could not get heat off. Maintenance had to turn off a breaker. Never could get the rooms to cool down. Finally had to move to a different unit.,

Extra fees at check in not mentioned on your website. First room they gave us smelled awful, the white carpet was dirty and the bed was not made. No air conditioner….ive never had to ask at any property I stay at in the mountains whether or not the room had AC. The second room had same issues but at least the bed was made. My wife and I spent money on candles to try and make room bearable. Charging for parking was an insult after the fact. $200 deposit for incidentals on a room where you can’t literally do anything is ridiculous. With all the construction all over the place including protective sheeting in the elevator along with rolled out floor protection in the hallways sure doesn’t scream hospitality to me. What an awful place to stay. My wife and I slept on top of bed in our clothes because we were afraid whether or not the sheets were actually cleaned. The smell was just hard to describe. My wife and I would have fought more on site but we were so tired and just didn’t have the energy. I guess it goes to show you can find garbage anywhere…including Breckenridge. I have never openly complained about an accommodation but I guess there is always a first.
