Great place to stay, finding the entrance took me like 10 min walking around however. They could use more clear signage outside .

"Broken air conditioning and no room available "

Air conditioner broken. Could not sleep all night. Went to check in at 4pm and had to wait another hour for our room to be ready. Asked them to look at our AC before we left for concert. No AC all night. Breakfast is probably the worst I have seen in any hotel ever.

It was very close to Rogers stadium so super convenient for the concert we went to. But this meant it was way overpriced. Staff was great. Room was dingy with stained carpet but clean enough. No amenities. Complimentary continental breakfast was helpful and convenient. Very basic with paper plates and plastic cutlery.

We had a track event to go to and bith days breakfast was not ready by 7:15 and we had to leave and buy breakfast.
