It's centrally located, which is both a plus (close to everything we wanted to do/see/eat) and minus (older building and corner room added to various noises like floors creaking and vehicles passing by). Otherwise, it's a really good place to stay.

We stayed in a charming 1st-floor room with balconies overlooking a street in the Casco Viejo. Great location close to the train station. The staff were helpful with leaving our luggage until checkin time and arranging a taxi to take us to the airport early in the morning.

Very clean but for €156 a night would have expected a kettle in the room (was sure it was when I booked) and was told on checking out kettle should have been in room. I wanted a cup of coffee and was told to go to the bar at the end of the street and get a take away. The location was great. The young man on reception when we checked in and out was very nice and friendly sorry didn’t get his name. We didn’t have breakfast but loads of places nearby to eat. It was quite noisy but it’s an old hotel so creaking floorboards should be expected.
