It was fine for one night. Checking in was cumbersome with four guests! Description of view from room way out… air conditioning the actual view not courtyard!

Rooms are quite noisy. You can hear everything that is happening in the hotel. Insulation from the outside is good though

Our family and I had a wonderful time in Bilbao it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, it keeps the old charm of the building and the city, our view was incredible and the staff was wonderful, super friendly and helpful!! We'll be back for sure!

The location is very good, and you can walk to the tramway or metro station in a short time. You can meet the friendly stuffs. The design of the daily necessities is astonishing and you can get a welcome card on the desk.

Brilliant location and friendly staff. It is a basic hotel - but had everything I needed. I had two different rooms over the week and the first one had a really nice view onto the street. The second room was slightly bigger (3 bed) and even without a view it was nice. It allowed a bit of sound through as some reviewers mention, but nothing major.
